Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance measures.

Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Billing: Your payment will be processed upon confirmation of your order. You will receive an email invoice once your payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS. Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Delays: While we provide estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to customs clearance and other factors beyond our control. These are not grounds for cancellation or refund unless significantly excessive.
• Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy is designed to be fair and compliant with health and safety regulations.

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any bottled spirits that have been opened. Returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched items.
• Process: To initiate a return, you must first contact us at [email protected] to receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Returns shipped without an RA number will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
